Meet Your Guide: Dr. Ben Benjamin, A Pioneer in Pain Treatment

With a Ph.D. in sports medicine and over six decades of experience, Dr. Ben Benjamin has dedicated his career to helping individuals understand and overcome the pain and stress associated with physical injuries. His mission is not merely to manage pain but to liberate people from it and improve their overall quality of life.

A trusted authority in the field, Dr. Benjamin specializes in identifying and treating chronic pain issues that often perplex most practitioners. His orthopedic therapy techniques, studied and refined under pioneer Dr. James Cyriax, create a unique combination of holistic care when paired with the muscular therapy techniques he also developed.

In addition to authoring numerous articles in multiple massage therapy publications, Dr. Benjamin has lectured internationally for over 45 years. He has also authored influential works like Listen to Your Pain, Are You Tense?, Exercise Without Injury, and The Ethics of Touch (co-author), the primary ethics book used in many massage schools.
